From Mom Burnout to Coping
6-Session In-Person Group Therapy for Moms
Cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances
Motherhood can be deeply meaningful and deeply exhausting at the same time.
Many moms arrive here feeling depleted, overstimulated, and disconnected from themselves. They’ve been pushing through for a long time. They feel guilty for struggling. And they often believe they should be able to manage on their own.
This group exists to offer something different.
This is a therapist-led group for moms experiencing burnout, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion. Over six sessions, we gently explore what led to burnout, how it affects your nervous system and emotional well-being, and how to begin creating a more sustainable way forward.
Group therapy offers something individual work often cannot — the experience of realizing you’re not the only one feeling this way.
Together, we slow things down. We make sense of what’s happening. And we begin to rebuild capacity in a way that feels realistic for motherhood.
Over the 6 sessions, we explore:
• Understanding and recognizing mom burnout
• Mom guilt, perfectionism, and internal pressure
• Overstimulation and nervous system overwhelm
• Boundaries, emotional labour, and capacity
• Identity loss and reconnecting with yourself
• Creating sustainable rhythms that prevent burnout from returning
This is not about adding more to your plate.
It’s about learning how to carry less.
