Prefer fewer, longer therapy appointments?

Weekly therapy works beautifully for many people. But if recurring appointments are difficult to fit into your schedule — or you tend to need more time to settle into deeper therapeutic work — you may prefer a Deep-Dive Therapy Session.

These three-hour appointments offer a focused stretch of psychotherapy around something important to you, without requiring an ongoing weekly commitment.

Why I Chose to Work With Moms as a Therapist

Being a mom often comes with endless responsibilities, unspoken expectations, and very little space to pause and take care of yourself. In this video, I’m sharing why I decided to specialize in working with moms as a therapist—and why it matters so much. When moms are supported and given permission to prioritize their own well-being, their capacity to care for their families and loved ones grows. It’s not about being “selfish”—it’s about creating the space to thrive, both as a person and as a mom.

Self-Worth

Our self-worth shapes everything about us – how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we navigate life. From childhood into adulthood, we soak up messages from those around us and society as a whole. Sometimes, these messages make us feel like we're not enough, or that we have to live up to someone else's standards. We can often feel that we are living a life based on who we think we're supposed to be, rather than who we truly are. In our work together, my aim is to help you recognize and embrace your self-worth, so that you can lead a life of self-acceptance that is authentic and meaningful to you.
