My session fee is $165 per 50-minute session, and you can easily make payments through interact e-transfer.

While OHIP does not cover psychotherapy services, certain extended health care insurance providers may offer coverage for these expenses. To verify your potential coverage, please reach out to your insurance provider. After each paid therapy session, a receipt will be provided for your submission to your insurance.

Absolutely! I offer a free 15-minute virtual consultation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your goals for therapy, my approach as a therapist, answer any of your questions and see if we are a good fit. At the end of the consultation, we can discuss next steps, or you can take time to reflect on your decision as to whether you would like to move forward with me or not.

Please provide 24-hour notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will incur a full session fee ($165).

As a psychotherapist, I cannot diagnose or prescribe medication for mental health issues. However, a psychiatrist is qualified to diagnose and prescribe medication for such issues. Additionally, both family doctors and nurse practitioners have the authority to prescribe medication. Psychologists can diagnose and provide treatment for mental health problems and disorders but are not authorized to prescribe medication.
