Understanding Mom Burnout
Free 1-Hour In-Person Workshop for Overwhelmed Moms
There are seasons in motherhood where everything feels like too much.
You’re tired, overstimulated, and carrying more than you expected. You might feel irritable, touched out, emotionally drained, or like you’re constantly falling behind no matter how hard you try. And often, the first thought is that you should be handling it better.
This workshop is a space to pause and understand what’s actually happening.
In this 1-hour workshop, we talk about mom burnout in a way that feels honest and relieving — not blaming or overwhelming. You’ll learn why burnout happens, why rest alone often doesn’t fix it, and how guilt, overstimulation, and constant pressure keep moms stuck in survival mode.
This is not about becoming a better or more productive mom.
It’s about understanding your capacity and learning how to support yourself with more compassion.
In this workshop, we talk about:
• What mom burnout really is and how it shows up emotionally and physically
• Why guilt and perfectionism make burnout worse
• How overstimulation affects your nervous system and reactions
• Simple, realistic ways to feel more regulated in daily life
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what you’re experiencing and a few gentle tools you can begin using right away.
No pressure. No fixing. Just a supportive space to feel seen and understood.
