Why I Offer This Mentorship

Most of us entered this field because we care deeply. We’ve always been the caregivers, the mediators, the ones who tend to others. Becoming a therapist felt natural.

But somewhere along the way, things shifted. We put ourselves last. We overbooked. We said yes when we wanted to say no. We believed it was selfish to prioritize ourselves — until we realized that way of working was leaving us resentful, exhausted, and on the edge of burnout.

I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to love being a therapist yet secretly fantasize about walking away because the way you’re practicing feels unsustainable.

What changed everything for me was embracing slow living and values-based practice. By setting boundaries, aligning with my energy, and choosing only the clients I truly wanted to serve, I built my business and my life in a way that feels nourishing, sustainable, and full of purpose.
